-Kurt’s 5 Immutable Laws-
1)Carpe diem. Seize the day…live in the ‘now’…and do so with a positive mindset. Everything may not go our way every time, but we’ll look for – or work toward – the positive in any situation. Positivity guides us to opportunity.
2)Help turtles. A struggling customer is like a turtle laying on its back or stuck trying to cross the road. It’s our responsibility to flip them back on their feet and get them out of traffic.
3)Dive deep. Touch bottom. LISTEN. We’re in the solution business. Only after we have really listened, can we help with a proper – and comprehensive – solution.
4)Do good while doing well. Let’s face it…we’re here to make money. But we ALWAYS want to do what’s right, and not be consumed by chasing $.
5)Innovate. See over the horizon. Yeah – the very first “law” said “live in the now” – but we’re talking business here. Pay attention to what’s coming…or it will run you over.
6)NO JERKS ALLOWED. Seriously. Life is too short and being a jerk is not acceptable. We won’t be jerks. We won’t accept jerks as customers, vendors, or employees. And that goes for any of the synonyms for jerks, too…use your imagination.
