We do all kinds of landscaping, but we specialize in - and are happiest - designing and creating artistic aquascapes and hardscapes. Softscapes are in our wheelhouse too, as well as landscape lighting, outdoor audio, and holiday lighting...you need not go anywhere else for any of your landscape needs.

Who will work on my landscape?

Typically, the only people who will work on your landscape will be uniformed Verdant Landscape team members. If we need to bring in a subcontractor to perform work outside of our wheelhouse, you will know about it upfront, and we will hold them to the same standards we have for ourselves.

Seriously though, Landscapers are not "licensed" around here. We will have all applicable tax or other state business registration documentation. And of course, we carry insurance for all of our projects, as well as our equipment.

Further, we believe in staying current with industry best-practices and keeping a finger on the pulse of our profession, so we regularly attend training, gain certifications, and maintain memberships in trade organizations related to the landscape industry.
Some larger construction projects may require special licenses, insurance riders, and/or certifications. If we don't have the ability to obtain these in-house, we have trusted members of the landscaping community that we work with for those special cases, and you will be informed of that circumstance from the outset..

O.K., it's like this...The time of year, our work queue, the scope of work, and plant or product availability will all come in to play when we give a time frame for your project. Sometimes we may be able to start in days, and other times it may be weeks and weeks...every project is different. We will always be honest and up front with our scheduling time frame. Our number one goal is to be successful for the long haul...and the only way that happens is if we do these two things;
1)Give you a result that you love
and
2)Get paid!
And the only way those two things happen, is by us actually doing the work.

Virtually every project is a custom one-of-a-kind creation, so the "How much..." question is a loaded one...but the truth is, we'll figure it out together as we dive in to your objectives, lifestyle, and "likes".
As to paying for that one-of-a-kind creation, there are different policies based on the size/scope of the project we're going to

As to paying for that one-of-a-kind creation, there are different policies based on the size/scope of the project we're going to create for you.
Typically they will fall into one of these three:
- Projects taking less than two weeks.
- Projects estimated to take two to four weeks.
- Projects taking longer than four weeks.
Once we come up with a plan, we'll estimate the timeline for completion, and based on that we'll apply the the corresponding payment schedule as follows...
- Less than two weeks - 50% down on agreement signing, and 50% balance day of completion.
- Two to four week timeline - 33% down on agreement signing, 33% installment day of project start, 34% balance day of completion.
- Greater than 4 week timeline - 30% down on agreement signing, 10% installment weekly (Monday) each week beginning with project start - not to exceed 90% of total - with balance due day of completion.
